1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DayDuties application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. DayDuties reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Service

DayDuties provides a SaaS platform encompassing task scheduling, habit tracking, health metric logging, financial tracking, and AI-assisted routines. The Service allows users to input, store, and process personal data for the purpose of personal organization and productivity tracking.

3. User Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify DayDuties immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

DayDuties offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (monthly or annually). Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, including the standard 14-day cooling-off period mandated by EU and UK consumer rights directives.

6. Data Privacy & Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the App. By using DayDuties, you grant us a license to host, store, and process this data to provide the Service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we protect and handle your personal data.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, functionality, and design are and will remain the exclusive property of DayDuties and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of DayDuties shall be resolved through:

• First, good-faith negotiation between the parties for 30 days
• If unresolved, through binding arbitration in Kerala, India
• Small claims may be brought in the appropriate court of Kerala, India

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against DayDuties.
